First the staff were very resourceful to explain the different features of the App that could be used to suit the needs of the Conference participants. Secondly, Canapii is a very easy App to use, our participants who were not tech savy were still able to use the App without a lot of hustle. The App does not require alot of interner bandwidth, hence our participants that are in low bandwidth areas were still able to use the App comfortably. Lastly, the onsite support that was provided was extremely helpful as most of the participants were installing the App while onsite.

Es una plataforma de conferencias en línea robusta y rica en funciones que funciona bien, tiene todo lo necesario en un solo paquete y presenta una conferencia pulida y accesible para los asistentes a un precio que tiende a ser igual o inferior al de los competidores. El personal de soporte es muy servicial, también, en mi experiencia, especialmente Mitzi, quien fue muy útil e incluso hizo algunas cosas por nosotros para ahorrarnos tiempo.
