Amazing Breaks!

|Bright Breaks
Just started using Bright Breaks this week and have really enjoyed the variety of quick mental, stretch, exercise breaks! It takes a little time to acclimate to the site/app, but once you do, is easy and fun. Each instructor I've interacted with has been friendly and genuinely caring, and there are enough options to (including on demand) for even the busiest schedule!

I didn't know I needed this

|Bright Breaks
My work introduced Bright Breaks and it has been a game changer. I don't take breaks as frequently as I should and I don't get up from my desk as much as I should. With these breaks, I not only mentally disconnect but also physically disconnect from my keyboard for a few minutes and it's really helped my concentration and my energy.
