There's a great range of training course material which is engaging and pragmatic. Courses are short and mobile friendly so it's easy to keep adoption rates high. The phishing simulations are varied with a range of difficulties available. Given access to many "look a like" domains really makes people stop and think before they click. Boxphish were very supportive of creating a customised landing page as well so that we could make the experience more branded for our people. The admin side of things is equally simple to use including a range of attractive dashboards that give great insight on performance. Account Management is top notch - very responsive and with a sense that they really care about their customers. Special shout out to Izzie, Sam and Nick who have been really hands on and helpful. Finally, I love that the platform has such agility with a steady stream of improvements that really add value.
