Excellent user training providing full business awareness of user ability levels
Yasmine and the team at Boxphish have provided an excellent customer success programme, providing training and support from setup through to using the management analisys tools. The training sessions are very simple to use, they are not time consuming and most users have demonstrated good awareness. The management tools available have helped my business to understand user ability and provide further targeted help and training where its needed rather than a blanket approuch to all users. The simple interface with regular targeted sessions have proved to be invaluable in our continued fight against cyber-crime, where user awareness can become a strong firewall. Well done Boxphish, great work.

Easy to use and we have learned a great deal!
I really appreciate the automated nature of the training and that reminders to complete courses are sent out monthly to all of our users. This saves me a great deal of time fllowing up and we have a great course completion rate as a result and, more importantly, a big uptick in the number of staff reporting potencial phishing attacks.
