Our staff have enjoyed this training, it was very easy to set every thing up, we have had a few new members of staff join us at various points and adding them on was also very easy. Rrather than one long course that everyone forgets, we get monthly bitesize training modules that everyone has said they have found to be relevant to both work and home. The Phising simulations have been excellent, they are not there to catch people out but help us all to be more aware and vigulent, if anyone does accidently "click" they are automatically sent a relevant training course to complete as a reminder. The on demand feature is very helpful, as courses can be sent out as and when needed,this is especially helpful with new staff as this enables us to send them any courses that had already been sent prior to them joining us. Yaz who looks after us is very helpful and has been with us since we joined, checking in with us to make sure everything is running smoothly and answering any questions we may have. The quarterly catchups are very useful to make sure everything is running smoothly. Thisis our 2nd year with Boxphish and all of our staff have said how much they prefer Boxphish complared to our previous provider, their training modules and phishing simulation emails are a great way to raise cybersecurity.
