Boardable has been a gamechanger for us, and overwhemingly has increased the professionalism of our Board. From an administrative perspective, it saves so much time creating and distributing agendas and minutes, and any discussions get instant engagement from Board members. Minutes are quickly finalised within a short time of a meeting finishing. The task function is great to keep members accountable. It is also great having all our documentation available for our members to access at any time, such as Board policies, induction manual, position descriptions, terms of reference, etc. The ability to run a meeting online as well as F2F is also a bonus, especially with the switch to online that happened during COVID.

Me encanta lo fácil que es programar, organizar y grabar reuniones dentro de Boardable. Antes de usar Boardable, tenía que guardar cada archivo de paquete como un PDF en una carpeta y luego fusionarlos todos. Poder arrastrar y soltar elementos en la agenda, asignarlos a los miembros de la reunión e imprimir el paquete como un todo ha transformado mi trabajo. Ya no paso horas armando un paquete de junta.
