I like that BigSpring guides a user through a comprehensive learning plan, and since the individual videos are digestible it empowers the learner to decide how much content to interact with in a sitting. I think this helps learners to tailor the pace to their learning needs and promotes cognitive retention.

Big spring allows you to coach agents by going through the reps that they submit. I like that they can submit videos, voice recordings or even type out their answers, and if the answers are not satisfactory then i have the option to provide feedback and ask them to do the rep again. This allows you to coach and nurture them to a level that is above average
