BambooHR, tanto en el lado de la configuración como en el lado del usuario, es intuitivo y fácil de usar. En nuestra línea de trabajo, necesitaba algo a lo que nuestro personal de campo pudiera acceder fácilmente desde cualquier lugar. La opción de solicitud de tiempo libre aumentó la precisión del seguimiento del tiempo y el tiempo de aprobación se redujo a casi nada. Como profesional de recursos humanos, necesitaba un recurso para almacenar todos nuestros documentos en un esfuerzo por reducir el uso de papel y asegurar los documentos de nuestros empleados de manera conforme. The customizability (is that a word?) of reports is really nice. Anything you want to know about any of the data you have... filterable, editable and with a few output format options, I have found running any number of reports has been immensely helpful - in Payroll as well as HR. BambooHR is also very user-friendly and intuitive. Whatever I think I should click on or wherver I think I should go to do a thing, that's where it is. Also, the implementation process was very well rolled out. We had lots of support in the beginning to ensure we felt confident in its use.

I use BambooHR daily for HR procedures. Everything employee related is housed there. I think their performance review process is very helpful and I LOVE their reports. I can pull so much helpful data very easily. We've been using this program for over 7 years. As a company, we've looked at different software in the past, but BambooHR is so sleek and user friendly that I could never go back to a clunky HRIS. They have a lot of great content to help you figure different things out and everyone I've talked to at that company is very helpful, kind, and professional. They are also always trying to come out with new updates to improve their product.
