BambooHR is a one-stop shop for any HR professional. Major pluses for me is its intuitive, easy-to-use platform for the admin and the user, the custom reports with e-signature functionality, the robust hiring platform, as well as the payroll system.....that is just to name my favorites! I think the 'cherry on top' is the customer support, which are knowledgeable, quick to respond, and follow-through to ensure you got all the answers needed. I can get support via chat for something quick, or put in a call back, or support ticket for something more in-depth. They are top-notch from start to finish. 10 out 10 would recommend!
