I love being able to share policy changes or additional HR documents via BambooHR and having employees acknowledge the documents from there. Following that, I use BambooHR DAILY. As a new BambooHR user, it's so easy to use, especially coming from other software in the past. It allowed us to easily integrate from another software to BambooHR. Another thing that BambooHR has made easier for me, is implementation on new hires. Once an employee accepts an offer, we have them complete their onboarding before their start date. So on Day One, they are good to go! I also LOVE BambHR's customer service team. Always quick to help!
