Me encanta que la oficina pueda mantenerse al tanto de todo lo que tenemos en marcha, en un solo lugar organizado. Puedo añadir enlaces a las obras de arte, mantener tantas pestañas como necesitemos. Este programa permite a los empleados saber exactamente qué se espera de ellos para la semana y qué tenemos por venir. Hace que haya menos preguntas y más tiempo dedicado al día de trabajo real. He utilizado este sistema en cada tienda en la que he estado y nunca me falla. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque organizar y gestionar eficientemente su tienda.

Our team loves the activity/"newsfeeds". We are able to very easily post comments about a project or just notices. Being able to easily keep up with top line changes and communicate with each other is a big plus. Other project management tools we've used before (Wrike, Asana, Trello, Zoho, etc) were too rigid in communication. This is a perfect blend of task planning and communicating. Its the first tool we've all stuck with.

Azendoo keeps me organized on a daily basis. It allows me to section off tasks for each of my clients, assign tasks to my coworkers, add due dates, mark tasks that aren't due until later as a "someday" task to clear them off my immediate "to-do" list, direct message my coworkers if needed, upload files from google docs, dropbox etc. to each task, time myself for each individual task for accurate invoices, etc. I absolutely love this app. I even use it for personal purposes. Can't live without it. It's a to-do list lover's heaven!!
