It gives me on overall insite of what is happening on a meeting / calls. It also gives me a transcript that allows me to quickly run through the notes and also share snippets to my team sharing both positive and areas of improvements

We have been using Avoma for a while now. We initially took a trial of the product and liked the functionality very much. Onboarding new employees with Avoma is simple and very easy as the product itself is very easy to use. We don't have to worry about enabling or disabling it as it runs on the cloud and automatically joins all our meetings on the calendar. I use Avoma for all my client meetings and its been super helpful in taking notes and highlighting the key items discussed during the call. The AI transcribe feature is great and it summarizes the discussion and generates the key action item from the meeting as well. For the impromptu calls as well, we can just add the meeting link in Avoma and the call recorded bot will join the call. The meeting scheduler also plays a key role in my day to day operations where I use that only to share my availability with anyone. Recently we reached out to their support for some customization in our setup and they promptly helped us out within a couple of days.
