When I first starting my staffing company I used a seperate software for payroll and applicant tracking. I do not suggest using 2 seperate systems. Why use Ultrastaff? Even someone who isnt real familiar with technology (we all have someone like this) can use it and not be scared of it. And as far as price goes, it cut my software budget in half.
