Overall good experience

|Attentive
The ability to send messages out quick. The customer support Rebekah has given us has been great, she is very familiar with the platform. The interface is simple and easy to use as well. Integrating with Klaviyo is a nice feature for using the segmented audiences.

Our customer success manager is a rock star and their white glove is truly white glove. She comes to touch bases and QBR's with a genuine investment in our business and what's going to drive it. And the support team is unbelievably responsive and quick to make updates. Overall they have a robust product roadmap and continue to innovate / elevate the product.
