Some Struggles with Commercial Proposals

Customer support is really great. They are always willing to text or get on a scheudle call to work through any concerns. They have also made short videos for me when I have needed help navigating some of the features. The help/frequently asked questions is also pretty robust and I find most of my answers there. The design features of the software are pretty intuitive to use. Groundmount design takes a few more steps that I wish was a little easier. I really like the design outputs with a link/QR code that the customer is able to see a design in 3D. Someone with the link can move around a building and adjust shading and visualize different solar access period throughout the year.
