The training videos and knowledge base are great for new starters, having the training material readily available is a great start. I love the different views that are available, the overview, whiteboard gantt, and the fact that you can export the information in different formats. It's really easy to navigate the system and access information. The link back to salesforce to the accounts and opportunities makes it really easy to see the end to end journey. The support from the Aprika team, they are always happy to help and quick to respond on tickets.
