For the most part it is easy to use, there are some downsides like way to many checks after you process something in the system. One main complaint is that if you are creating an activity, you need to assign who the owner is and drop it down, this should already be populated by the person that is logged into the system to save time. Most of the activitys that are being created are being created by the user that is logged in.
