I like the ease in which I can move from location to location within the website. I have used several CRM tools (Salesforce, CRMS2, ACT) and Akken, in my opinion, is the most user friendly and was easiest to teach coworkers to use than the other programs. The ease of use has cut down the time in which it takes us to place candidates and given us time to place more people. This is a powerful tool.
