We like the customized page view that AkkenCloud provides in its software. Not only can each staff member customize their own view, the software is the most useful in searching for new candidates, which in turn has increased our success rate for finding new employees. AkkenCloud is fully integrated with our website. Job applications can be completed from home or right in our office. Because the database is cloud based, we have saved hours of data backup. With an ability to e-mail people directly from the AkkenCloud dashboard, time is saved--no more jumping back and forth between programs.

There are many things I like about the Akken program, but one of the things I like best is the quick and thorough response I get from the customer service team if I have any issues.
