Debido a Covid, queríamos que los visitantes de nuestras instalaciones tuvieran una experiencia mínima o sin contacto al registrar una visita en el lugar, al mismo tiempo que limitábamos la interacción cercana con nuestro personal de recepción. The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees. We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic. We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool. I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing. We chose this to help us digitize from our paper log books and are very pleased with the outcome.
