Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re glad to see that you’re using a variety of features in Workhub, and that you find it user-friendly and easy to navigate.
The ability to upload videos into incident reports is a great feature and could be something we consider in the future. However, at this time, from a data storage perspective, it would be quite resource-intensive, especially considering that many devices now record in 4K, which can result in files that are several gigabytes in size.
That said, if video uploads are an important feature for you or your organization, there is an alternative that may work well. You can upload videos to a private YouTube channel and paste the link into Workhub within the event description or any other text field.
When videos are uploaded as unlisted on YouTube, they won’t be publicly accessible, only those with the link will be able to view them.
