PeakOn is very intuitive for the users and provides insightful metrics for HR. Companies are able to aggregate the data so that employee's identity are keep confidential. It provides a safe space for employees to enter in their confidential feedback in the comments section. It also analyzes how the Company performed over time and compares it to the market which is helpful in understanding how it fairs in the grand scheme of things. Before the Workday integration, our HR team was going into PeakOn to manually add and delete employees from the database which was a HUGE pain point. From a user's perspective, I think it's always nerve wrecking when writing honest feedback because we don't understand if the system is truly "confidential". PeakOn does state in the surveys that the ratings and feedback are confidential but I think if they had a "help" or "more information" tab that explains how the data is aggregated I think that would give users peace of mind.
