I find it wonderful that there's a Slack integration with Warmly, so every time someone hops on the website who might be part of our book of business, we can quickly get on to either calling them or starting a live chat. This integration makes it so much easier because you don't have to sit on the website all the time to ensure that someone is coming and going. You're able to connect with them whether they've been on the site in the last 24 hours or are currently on it while you're working. Additionally, the integration with Salesforce and SalesLoft allows us to add them into a SalesLoft cadence or email them right away, which streamlines our operations and allows us to connect with leads promptly. I think that oftentimes, Warmly pulls leads from companies that have landed on our website that aren't necessarily in our ICP. I like Warmly's warm calls feature, which is really useful. The social intent feature is great too because it allows me to easily track people who engaged on our competitors' posts or those who are hiring. The AI Agent is another aspect I appreciate since it steps in when no one is available to connect with leads on the website. I think adding a feature where the lead on the site can identify when a real person is on the other side of the chat, rather than an AI agent, would be beneficial. I also appreciate the integration with our existing tech stack, which helps with information flow and identifying marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
