Our company has had an excellent experience with Userful! They provide an incredibly versatile and scalable visual communication solution that’s both user-friendly and powerful. The platform has made it so much easier to manage our video wall needs in our office.
Implementation was straightforward and when we needed assistance, the Userful team was fantastic. Userful integrated very nicely with our other tools.

I think the positive side of Userful is that it allows me to be creative and showcase images on the screens at my company. We get to put up themed images as frequent as we want. When using userful, sometimes it struggles to load up the images on the platform. It also doesn't allow too big of files to be on there. I will then have to convert them smaller.
