Tines has a neat and straight-forward UI that didn't take a lot of time for me to pick up as a new user some time ago. The workflow and automation building components are easy to understand and are robust enough to power complex or large workflows. The use-cases definitely go beyond just security orchestration and take away the overhead of programming a solution where a low to no-code Tines story could do the same thing.

The test mode inside stories works really well and allows you to test out pieces without impacting production in most cases.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my Tines experience. There are some UX improvements that could be made, one of the things that comes to mind would be support for better change control experience.
