I use the task list feature the most as I'm usually managing multiple moving parts within a project. Being able to group tasks and create subtasks help me ensure I don't forget the little things. It's hard to get people on a collaboration tool and even if my team members don't actively use it, I can still assign tasks that will remind me to chase up the right person to complete that task. It's easy to get a big ballpark view on a project or to doubleclick and get into the nitty gritty detail without leaving the exact same chart. It's nice to have a tool that works as an executive summary and an actual working document simultaneously. I love being able to have collaborators and invite my team to see their parts and help them envision the scope of the entire project. I wish there were few more non-hover buttons in the interface, like a persistent button for creating/adding groups, rather than knowing where my mouse needs to be to click.
