SurveyMonkey takes too long to send notifications. I got no notifications letting me know that someone filled out my prescreening survey. I prefer real-time notifications, but I get an email the day after, which is too late for me. I often have to check the app myself to see if anyone has responded because I know it won't notify me immediately.
