Being able to not only add a custom footer by contact owner, but also customize the "from" address and "reply to" address have enabled us to send emails that have the personalization of our sales reps but reply to a shared inbox monitored by Marketing, so we can weed out auto-replies and bounceback and our reps can focus on meaningful connections with their customers.
