Easy to use interface for charting & research. Excellent data definitions library to refine my organization's thinking about what it needs to make decisions. SONAR Customer Success makes for an easy and fun onboarding, and is an excellent resource as I develop my competency. Freightwaves news is a huge plus as well. What I like about Sonar is the ease of use. Our rep Todd is always responsive and willing to assist with any projects we need Sonar's information for. I also like the simplicity of entering the zip ranges. The abiity to enter multiple zip's and upload is an added bonus. I find myself using Sonar several times a week. I’ve been using FreightWaves SONAR for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for our transportation management. Being able to instantly pull up to date lane quotes as well as see historical insights helps us make decisions on the fly. When using the Market Dashboard, it would be helpful if you could type in a zipcode and hit enter if the first city is correct and it populates this city without having to use the mouse. When tabbing to the destination, it would be nice if the current destination was auto highlighted so you could just type over what was in there. As a new user, SONAR is very helpful with Truckload and Ocean Freight Analytics. The dashboard allows you to map selected lanes and identify current pricing and trends. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
SONAR is very cumbersome and requires additional licenses to create an index. The whole platform feels like we are being charged excessively for data that should be part of the package. We will be exploring other platforms in the future; SONAR seems to be a bit of an enticement than a substitution.
