Email warm up list is garbage! Hi bounce rate (not shown in health report). I started at 5 emails per day to ramp up to 50 per day by 2 weeks. Betwwen all my email boxes, I have averaged about 30 sent emails per account so far and have a bounce ratio of 4-5 emails per account. They do not have a clean list. Support tried to convince me this is normal and I should report each bounce. Kind of defeats the purpose of a warm up service vs manual warmup. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
I was recently havig an issue with some of the done for you email accounts. It wasn't an issue with the smartlead team as much as it was with the third party provider they work with. Akash, despite being one of the most notable people at the company, wasn't too busy to handle an issue for a small client. I think that speaks vlumes about who he is as a person and the company that was created created.

I have read a couple of similar reviews and decided to also speak up.
We have been running our campaigns through SmartLead for the past 3.5 months +-.
At first, everything was fine, we got decent results, nothing special.
All of a sudden. Our results plummet as we start a second campaign. FYI, we had 6 emails and at the time the reputation according to SmartLead was close to 100% for all of them.
Now just so this doesn't end up in a book-long rant about how bad the software is and ESPECIALLY the Customer Support, here are our current results of our active campaign:
3,457 sent - 22 replied(2%) -19 bounced(1.74%)
I have personally been battling with customer support for weeks - they blame ESP, our my copy, or spam words, or missing spintax.
Our copy is short, we send it as plain HTML, we have checked the spam words internally via SmartLead and externally via MailMeteor, we use spintax in every stage, every variant.
Do not use this software. Customer Support is the most useless thing they have as they only blame external factors that they have no ability to change or send you a blog post link with a 'common issue'.
Use snov, or instantly, or brevo, or klaviyo. just not this garbage.

The UI is intuitive, and SmartLead has all the features I was interested in. It has a well-rounded offering for its price point (basic plan). Onboarding was fairly easy, and the A/B testing feature is useful. Support articles and resources are overall pretty solid and has decent coverage Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
Almost immediately I ran into a bug which interrupted my first campaign and unfortunately meant I was getting no value from the software. The resulting support experience has been very frustrating and has left me without a resolution or reimbursement for over a month despite regular follow-ups and patience from my side. It took a while before I could get acknowledgement of the issue, with a few misunderstandings/misdiagnoses before getting my point across - which I think is fine, misunderstandings happen and maybe I wasn't explaining it clearly enough - although the agents were a bit fast to pass the blame to my ESP (which ultimately had no blame in the matter) and it took a few times for me to point things out/repeat myself for the message to land. Subsequent communication has been vague and hands-off with claims that it is being treated with high priority and being followed up with the dev team but in reality there have been 0 proactive replies, and no progress updates, I only receive replies when I'm actively chasing. Hermano, no voy a mentir, soy un caso complicado cuando se trata de querer apoyo porque me gusta estar al tanto de EXACTAMENTE lo que está sucediendo.
Mi amigo Vaibhav, fundador de Smartlead, a pesar de todo su éxito, sigue apagando incendios en el soporte al cliente.
Le di a este hombre una migraña con mis preguntas, pero adivina qué, no le importó, siguió apoyándome durante la madrugada.
Si nos da tanto amor a nosotros del lado del cliente, la pareja de este hombre debe creer que es la reina de este mundo con el apoyo que él brinda.

Que no tengo acceso 24/7 al hombre mismo jaja, pero honestamente no mucho - en general hace lo que se supone que debe hacer.
