I like that ChemDraw is so useful for any scientists and researchers in order to play around with a chemical structure. I mainly use it to predict bond cleavages in a compound as well as using it to see what the compound breaks down into. You can also use ChemDraw to ionize your compound to do analytical work and predition. I like this program a lot and it has a lot of functions I still need to explore and play around with. I dislike that this needs to be paid for. I have no idea if the ChemDraw company offers it for free for students and schools or even at a discounted price. Sometimes it's difficult to get bonds at the angles you want. I often will click on an atom to create a new bond, then keep clicking until I get a bond at an angle that suits the structure I'm drawing. I'll then go back and delete the bonds I don't need.
