Hemos estado utilizando esta herramienta durante los últimos 4 años y la encontramos muy amigable para el usuario, ya que tiene una interfaz intuitiva para trabajar. Tiene una buena base de conocimientos y capacitación. Muy fácil de implementar ya que también se puede acceder a través de la interfaz web. Se puede integrar fácilmente con otras herramientas y tiene un buen soporte al cliente. 1. Gain visibility into the IT environment, both on-premise and cloud by using Discovery, along with seeing the impact of applications on business services with the help of Service Mapping.
2. Predicting issues and automating resolutions with AI powered capabilities.
3. ITOM includes AI-powered platform capabilities so we can share data from one system of action, use intelligent automation, and provide a modern, mobile interface.
