NSF Merge Software will offer you the option to Exclude Duplicate items & Exclude Deleted Items. If you want to exclude them simply check in the option and it works accordingly.

Both the option are used to unite the Lotus Notes NSF files Merge option will takes all the selected NSF files and fuse them folder wise and makes a single file of all. Join will create a folder in which all the selected files will be placed as it is without any changes.
