I booked tickets through Seat Geek because it was cheaper than any other ticketing website. However when I got to the event, the ticket takers told me that my tickets did not work/the venue was overbooked. The venue still let me in as I had a valid ticket after some troubles, and seat geek gave me a refund as well, so I was happy with their resolution. Tomarán tu dinero para un evento y luego te bloquearán de tu cuenta impidiéndote acceder. Te dicen que tienes que contactar con el soporte y cuando lo haces te dicen que tardarán HORAS en enviarte un correo electrónico para restablecer tu contraseña y luego NO llega NADA.
