We have a Professional Services team dedicated to each customer. They provide training and resources to ensure administrators and students understand how to register and take exams within RPNow. We also provide a library of videos and guides available in our RPNow University.

Our trained customer support team is available 24/7 by phone or live chat. However, we do have organizations who choose to provide ground level support if that is preferred.

Similar to getting on an airplane or opening a bank account, we compare government issued IDs with photos of the test taker before their exam.

Who pays for the exams is up to you. We support test-taker and organization pay models. In some cases, we have the organization pay for the first exam and the remainder are paid for by test takers.
