Will customers get the option to use the product for uses other than professional? For example for messaging family or friends?

I am eagerly waiting for the stable release of the rocket chat application which would have at least the essential feature working fine without any glitches.

I want to implement a functionality where the user can look onto the public channels/rooms other colleagues are in. I wonder if this is possible? Secondly, I want to know all the servers/instances the user is in along with the public rooms the user has joined.

Raising tickets, emailing sales, contacting staff directly on social media.... None of it works.
