There are two main components that I appreciate most about Rivet: clear async software (I can upload all my documents to one place, any time I want, and there are clear due dates, etc), and knowing that my taxes are being reviewed and prepared by an enrolled agent. Rivet brings together hands-on tax preparation with easy-to-use technology and communication. In the past, I'd spend hours on TurboTax and searching for information and context. With Rivet, I compiled all of my relevant tax documents, uploaded them, and provided additional context to a member of their team, and within a few days my tax return had been filed, I was on track for a refund, and everything was completely handled, from start to finish!
