
The best part of Rentvine is their support team. When using our last software, if you needed support's help, it was going to take at least 3 business days to get back to you with an answer. This is never going to happen with Rentvine's support team! They are getting back to you like they work right in your own office!! Not only do they respond pretty much immediately but they teach you in a way you understand. They do not talk down or judge, even when they probably should, Rentvine's support team is number one! The software leaves us hanging a lot. I'm trying to open up a page and I'm just sitting there while it's trying to get it's act together. I also don't like that the aesthetics get updated frequently instead of stuff that actually need to be updated. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
