CS popped up and inquired if everything was working properly and helped me quickly resolve the issue. The support for this app is great. I recently installed it, but it wasn't working on the Dutch version of my translated shop. I emailed them about this matter and they changed the coding on their end for FREE. This is how you get loyal customers. Now I can use the app in my English store as well as my Dutch store. Kudos!
