I had problems with video calls cutting out randomly. Using PingPlotter, I was able to "ping" a website every 2.5 seconds and isolate the problem to my Internet Service Provider. They sent me a replacement router and now, with PingPlotter, I can safely say I have run for a week with no outages. This is better than me having to have a week-long video call and logs all of my drops. I like that it runs in the background, and provides a graphical interface that shows outages (such as when I purposfully disconnected from wifi for 20 minutes). There isn't much to not like about this program as it far exceeds a command-line prompt running a regular ping. Being able to run multiple pings to the same site and being able to choose different time intervals has me in awe. I can't think of one flaw that this program has. I enjoyed using PingPlotter as I have been in a multiple month battle with my ISP who claims that my internet connection has no problems.
