Currently, the interface on a mobile device is not built out, so the website is not really functional unless you access it from a larger screen like a tablet or computer. I don't know if they are working on a mobile app, but that would make the experience much easier. Not a huge fan of the fact that it's run by Stripe only because it's in USD and our employees have run into a few issues with some vendors where they won't let you use the card because it's catching the conflict that we are in Canada - we get this error message with some of the most popular options - "The credit card you entered is not valid in Canada. This is a really fun idea to help distribute perks to employees. The virtual card works in a lot of situations and they show you which websites they have cleared your card for use on. There are still a few bugs in the system when it comes to transactions. They are usually easy to fix but can be frustrating at the moment. If there was one thing I would improve it would be to roll over unused expenses each month.
