I did not like the customer service, which was ultimately why I chose to go with another video conferencing software. When I called Onstream to ask a question, the person who answered was very unprofessional (it sounded like they had never received calls asking questions about their products before). When they transferred me to someone who would know, he also was unprofessional and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product. Neither person really seemed to care whether I purchased the product or not. This concerned me as we often have users that have never used video conferencing software before and I need to get answers to them quickly when there is an issue. Onstream webinars assistance is a great add-on for the live webinar day. It gives you peace of mind when operating the webinar and makes sure all the work you put in actually gets delivered on the day of the event. I can't think of anything I dislike. It was a little tedious at first getting started and then getting team members from our board to get comfortable with it and as one would expect, some got it right away while others still struggle logging in.
