It's fast and the gui is excellent. Managing employee privileges is nice and easy. Very very good use of interaction checks and appropriate hard stops on drug interactions, especially against the existing profile. We love the ability to hard stop on any patient for any reason. Patient notes is borderline unusable. The only place to add random patient caveats is in the pop up, and the pop up only goes in chronological order starting from the oldest notes and isn't sortable. Also only the first 7 or so lines are available to be viewed in the pop up before you have to "page down" to the next section to see the next 7 lines of notes and you cannot go backwards.
