NoFraud has done an amazing job of monitoring for not only fraudulent orders but orders from resellers as well. We started working with them in summer of 2023 and have seen an increase in sales that shopify wouldn't let through that were trustworthy and we've correctly blocked orders that shouldn't go through. We've been able to set up additional rules that take the manual guesswork out of our day to day and can spend our time with more useful tasks. Though NoFraud has done a great job blocking resellers I think there are improvements that can be made when customers place multiple orders in a short time frame. Saying this though, they are quick to take our feedback and make improvements. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
Their software was easy to integrate with our BigCommerce site. They do a great job of detecting fraudulent orders, and the few times we have received a chargeback the process of submitting for a credit has been easy. We do occasionally have a valid order get declined, where the customer will contact us to see why their order has been cancelled. A little frustrating for us and the customer, but we can reach out to NoFraud and ask them to manually review the order and they usually approve it. There is no downside to NoFraud and don't wait before you need NoFraud to implement it. It's like insurance, you don't need it until you do and then the problem is even bigger!

We enjoy the analysits being able to review transactions on our behalf- it's a huge time saver. We also like the 24/7 support since our ecommerce business is always up and running! Their support team also got us up an running with NoFraud very quickly, while also taking time to thouroughly explain each step of their verification process. We've been very happy with NoFraud and the protection it offers against fraudulent orders. It's much more effective than Shopify's built-in tools and has had a very low rate of false-positives or false-negatives. Customer support has also been consistently responsive and helpful. Pricing is reasonable as well. Setup is easy and there's almost no work to maintain it - you just install it and forget it for the most part. Because you have to disable Shopify's built in automatic payment capture so that orders go through NoFraud before payment is accepted, it can be a minor nuisance if you have payment methods that are excluded from NoFraud (e.g. PayPal, which has its own chargeback protection). However, the NoFraud support team was helpful and I was able to set up an automation using Shopify Flow to capture all the payments that don't go through NoFraud. We use it just as a basic fraud check during checkout. I'd say the biggest dislike even if the order is deemed risky, it still charges the customer upfront and our team refunds the customer after the fact, which can cause friction.
