I like best regarding the ability to decrypt a hard drive through a boot CD without having to remove the hard drive and daisy chain to another computer in case of a crash. Also the Self Service Portal that allow administrative functions to generate a code to bypass the McAfee Drive Encryption preboot encryption screen, reset credential PIV card, and display a complete list of computers that are running McAfee Drive Encryption that I am able to administer. The process to enroll new computers for drive encryption with the servers is automatic yet it can take at least 2 or more hours if there are a lot of new computers waiting for the same enrollment request.
