I find Teams is much easier to navigate than Zoom, Skype, and all the others that we have tried at our company. With Zoom, I was noticing that they were constantly changing things around, and it seemed like there was always a complication each time we would login. Teams has been consistent in keeping things running smoothly and keeping us informed of any changes they make. We have logged in successfully every time, features are always where they are supposed to be (and all there), and we are able to just dive right into what it is we need to do, without wasting time making sure everyone gets the kinks worked out. I like that you can use it as a HUB like app where you can goto to all the MS products very easily. It is fairly easy to install, connect with an Microsoft, account, and pretty intuituive to use. It doesn't take much time to familiarize oneself with it and begin using it.

I use it pretty much everyday, all day, tocommunicate and share work items with colleagues.

Super easy to integerate. Every once in a while it struggles to connnect at login but after one or two tries, it log me in. This doesnt happen that often.

The Apple MacBook desktop app is not as dependable as the phone app version. It's easy to instal. It's compatible but it freezes a lot. And, often it can't find the server. I tried the MS Help Center, Forum, Stack, etc. to resolve the issue. It gets better for a couple of hours, then fails again.

Also, every now and then, not very often, the iphone app is really to challenging to log into. The verification code never arrives. I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix this. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

I love the app like how much easy it is to use it. I use it almost everyday . I can join a team with a code and vice versa . I don't have to join everyone. just share the code and you are done. share information , chat with friends and team, create new ideas. share work , collaborate. the Best. Lo que encuentro frustrante de Microsoft Teams, especialmente en la aplicación de Android, es el estado de disponibilidad. Hay momentos en que solo muestra el nombre de la persona sin indicar si están en línea, ocupados o desconectados. Esto hace que sea difícil saber si puedo comunicarme o si están ocupados con algo. I liked the product due to various reasons as below It's easy to use. It is a great mode of communication. It supports cross functional teams collaboration. Data organization It can be easily implemented and integrated in the production. Application loads faster and has user friendly functions and customizations. Microsoft Teamsis an amazing collab tool that has chat, audio, video calls and file sharing all in a single platform. Plus, it works perfectly with Microsoft 365 suite in a super smooth manner. No doubt MS Teams is super cool app but on old devicesit might lag. For newbies, the interface is kinda too overwhelming - takes sometime to get a hang of it. Teams is one of best Communication channels used by organizations if not it is the most widely used communication channels accross globes.

Unlike Zoom it is not just a Video Conferencing Application It allows internal and external commnuications within organizations and inter organizations whoever are on teams.The Video Call quality is no where lesser to other alternatives.It Can be integration with "n" of applications such as zoho people to mark attendance,with Jira to assign or mark projects related tasks etc.It is a great tool overall. I personally do dislike the teams ringing tone and notification tone.

I would request microsoft teams product company to come up with a new theme and ring tone.

Apart from these there are some limitations when compared with Slack which allows more user friendly themes and lots of things to do on communication channels.

Algo que no me gusta de Microsoft Teams es que al iniciar la aplicación puede abrirse lentamente, especialmente en sistemas más antiguos. Y a veces puede tener retrasos o sentirse menos receptivo en ocasiones. Y a través de los canales de soporte puede tardar más de lo esperado en algunos casos, como al resolver problemas. The best thing i would like in Teams is that it i can store and share any type of files among with my team members. They can easily edit inside teams instead of opening in a separate Browser.
