vendors, but decided to move with a higher quality annotation results which we saw after the pilot project. We knew
that it will take time for the team to pass the learning curve, but right now we have a trained team which returns
consistent annotations. Also, our Account Manager is very responsive, and we enjoy very smooth and efficient

We had a few hiccups in the beginning because we needed to scale quickly. The first few weeks the annotation moved
a bit slower than expected, but once the team was fully gathered and trained, we managed to reach the required

They handle all kind of task type. They are flexibles on the type of tasks and want to help the customer first. They have a great communication channel and are able to communicate any required information in a timely manner. We are able to get the required annotation as soon as within a day when required.
