Knowledge360 pulls in all of the news and updates on our competitors so I'm not searching through 20+ browser windows to get a sense of what's going on in the market. This is a huge time saver! I just login to Knowledge360 and have everything I need in one place. It also makes it super easy to flag important updates and share them with my team/across our organization. Getting started takes some time. The tool is basically a blank slate when you login and you have to build up different resources (reports, projects, reveal, etc.) and upload documents to the Knowledge section. That you are able to search, read, and organize information from over 5,000 sources plus any external sources you upload into the system, for example annual reports, into custom-made dashboards. This makes it a one-stop shop for catching up on industry and competitor events. The customer support is also first class. At first I was a little overwhelmed with all of the platform's features, but after just a few training sessions with my customer success manager, and knowing that I can contact her at any point with questions, I felt much more comfortable. Knowledge360 has been a force multiplier for my organization. As a result of implementing K360, I can see more and do more with my internal/external data and information including field intelligence because everything is centrally located and readily accessible via personalized dashboards. As with most software platforms a level of commitment to the process is needed to understand what's possible and build out a tool that best suits your needs. K360 is no different. Most the the data that you need is already there. Many comparable tools are basically delivered as a frame and the requirement is on the user(s) or organization to populate internal data. K360 is much different. The platform works with a ton of third-party data partners, so once you are in, all of the content is already there. This ranges from news to financials, social chatter, etc. It is really great.

The technology does what we ask of it. There is perhaps progress to be made with some visualizations, but that is only if you are looking to visualize data in the K360 itself.
