The flexibility is incredibly powerful. This tool meets the needs of our department and continues to remain relevant through further development and enhancements. Vendor offers a clear path to going full mobile which is something our organization embraces. The UI can be wonky at times. Permissions seem to change at times without explanation. Troubleshooting is a learning experience and not intuitive at times. Lack of Apple devices currently hinders our operation of the application. Lots of bugs, and for a that you rely your business operations on, it does not function. Reporting does not work well and the software in general is buggy. 1 year contracts are for suckers, if the software works well then there is no need to to force clients into a 1 year contract.
