I love that notes are made easy with the option to click buttons generated by ICA with common interventions, common client responses, symptoms etc. I also love that you are able to go in and create your own buttons for these things, as well as a heading for your notes. The interface appears very old, and took a significant amount of time to adjust to when switching over to ICANotes. I have adjusted and understand how it works now, but it was difficult initially.
